Overview Module Three

Welcome to Module Three: Dispositions and Designing a Commitment Statement. 

As you enter the final module of this course, you will bring together everything you have been exposed to until this point, the overarching subjects being Ethics of Care, Standpoints and dispositions, including Models of Relational Leadership, and various Systems theories and models.

While understanding these concepts is important for bringing breadth and depth to learning and comprehension, bringing particular awareness to practice is fundamental for cultivating dispositions rooted in intention. Rooting in intentions will inform your leadership practices. Your leadership practices will be visible through commitments, which then inform and activate your dispositions, an ongoing cyclical process.
