Further faculty development opportunities

In addition to Transformative Learning for Intercultural Understanding, CTET has a number of other faculty development opportunities, all of which are available and free for faculty and program staff to take. We offer two kinds of workshops: teaching workshops and technology workshops.

Teaching workshops

These workshops will help instructors develop skills and strategies for teaching in online, face-to-face, and blended learning environments. Note that our teaching workshops are are designed with instructors in mind as the primary audience, but program staff are welcome to take them. Program staff may find that our teaching-focused workshops have direct application for working with groups of students, running meetings and events, orientation stuff, facilitating online activities, and working with faculty.
