Getting Further Moodle Support

Congratulations on completing Moodle: Editing & Enhancing and thank you for your interest in learning more about Moodle!

This page provides briefly captures some of the resources, information, and support that are available to you as you continue your Moodle journey.

  • Sandbox sites: You used a sandbox site (in Innovate Now) in this course to practice what you learned. Your sandbox site is yours forever to use and play around in. Remember, your sandbox site is yours and yours alone, so feel free to change, add, or delete anything you like – you won’t affect any live course.  If you would like a sandbox copy of a live course, please let us know and we can set it up for you.
  • CTET Studio support: CTET's STUDIO provides a range of services to support faculty and staff in their use of learning technologies, including Moodle. STUDIO offers a drop-in service point and help-desk where all faculty can get on-the-spot assistance with Moodle and other learning technologies, meet with people from CTET, and use our big-screen workstations in a supported environment. We are located in LIC 004 and can also be reached by phone (250-391-2600, ext. 4465) or email.>
  • IT Knowledgebase (& other useful links): The IT Knowledgebase contains a large number of how-to articles related to "all things technology" at RRU, including an extensive number of Moodle-related articles. At the bottom of this page, you will find a number of links to articles in the Knowledgebase related to the topics that we covered in this course, as well as some links from the CTET website that you may find helpful.
On behalf of all of CTET, thank you again for being a part of this course. We look forward to welcoming you to a future faculty development workshop!
