Overview

Websites and ePortfolios are a useful way to demonstrate and evaluate students' learning. They provide a good opportunity for students to share their work and show how much they have grown as a learner over time. All ePortfolios are websites, but not all websites are ePortfolios.

An ePortfolio is a digital collection of artifacts that show evidence of reflection, personal development, and learning journey over time. Evidence may include documents, writing samples, photos, videos, research projects, observations by faculty and peers, and/or reflective thinking. A website provides a great way to showcase a collection of learning examples.

RRU offers a WordPress installation for students to create their websites and ePortfolios. Contact CTET Studio if you would like more information about how to get WordPress accounts for students, faculty, and staff.
