Summary Module Three

In Module Three you explored the importance of philosophy, shared goals, and policies. Creating goals, a vision and philosophy alongside staff, children and families builds a sense of community. Listening to children and families about what vision they have for the centre can build community and trust. It fosters collaboration between childcare and home, educators and parents.

As you wrap up your journey in this module, you are encouraged to write a statement that articulates your centre’s philosophy, shared goals, and vision for early learning and care. Provide an example of how you would ensure that all staff members understand and integrate this philosophy into their daily practice.
