Planning: Off-Campus Activity (extra-curricular)

This section provides specific information and tools for an extra-curricular Single-Day Off-Campus Activity.

Step 1: All attendees will complete the Waiver (PDF)

Step 2: Explore Accessibility and Belonging resources to provide accessible and barrier-free activities. 

Step 3: Emergency Protocols

1. Call 911 or follow instructions provided by local police and emergency response authorities.
2. Call campus security and ask to speak with the CARE member on call (250-391-2525) or email the CARE Team.
3. Contact the appropriate RRU employee (Dean, Director, Program Head, etc.).
