Activity 2.3 | Inclusive Leadership Practices

Awareness of Inclusive leadership traits is only the beginning. Consider the following reflective questions and actions you might take to be a more inclusive leader. 

1. How do I foster an inclusive environment? 
2. What strategies have I implemented to ensure that diverse voices are heard, valued, and integrated into my decision-making practices?
3. To what extent have I examined my own biases and stereotypes that may influence my leadership practices?  

Reflect on these independently, but to generate deeper insights, consider asking those you work with, friends, and other leaders similar questions to solicit feedback and take action!
