“The educator’s role is to be actively engaged in co-constructing knowledge with children in a learning collective that includes family and community. In this way, educators create space for new ideas to flourish”

(Early Learning Framework, 2019).

Read section two (2) of the Early Learning Framework (pp. 45-60).

After reading, consider the following:

  • How can you foster an environment of critical reflection and collaborative dialogue among Educators in your ECE context?
  • What changes could you implement that allowed for more co-construction learning?
  • How could you support educators in making learning and practice more visible in your context?
Add your ideas to your learning journal.
