1.4. Incident Preparedness and Response

Incident preparedness and response forms must be used for all multi-day and international trips to ensure transparent communication processes and avenues between all parties.

The organizing staff and faculty must complete incident preparedness and response forms to be completed and provided to the risk committee. The School Manager is responsible for submitting and keeping all incident reporting planning documents readily available. A student-facing document with pertinent information must be developed and posted in the News Bulletin on the student-facing resource. The lead staff or instructor's documents must include printed copies of the Incident Report.
