Welcome to Module 1: Situating Ourselves: Who am I? Why am I here?

When we think, reflect, and talk about identity, we are engaging with our own sense of who we are. We are thinking, reflecting, and talking about where we stand, where we come from, and all of the ways that we feel about those narratives.

This is personal.

As you encounter the various resources within this module, breathe into the personal, the present, your unique lived experiences, and the gifts that you will bring into your identity as a leader by walking this path in a way that only you can. Trust in your place within the whole.

Carry with you the awareness that those you may be in a position to lead are, like you, learning and living their lessons on behalf of their place. Breathe into the unknowable process.
