Learners will unpack their personal biases and consider anti-racism skills while envisioning the kind of ECE leader they aspire to be. Drawing on a range of leadership styles and approaches, the course will also highlight examples of leadership that encourage collaboration and growth through reflective practice.
Learners will reflect on self and collective care, considering how to identify and adapt workplace conditions leading to burnout. By the end of the course, participants will develop a deeper understanding of their personal leadership style and gain practical tools to foster personal growth and support the needs of their teams.
