Welcome to Module 2: Human Resources

In this module, you will explore the essential knowledge and skills required to effectively and ethically lead at your childcare centre.

An emphasis will be placed on understanding the importance of adhering to the Employment Standards Act, WorkSafeBC regulations, and Human Rights to ensure fair treatment, compliance, and a safe workplace for all staff. 

Whether resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, or establishing clear HR policies, this section will equip you with the tools needed to lead human resource management with confidence and professionalism.  

The estimated time to complete Module Two based on content, activities, and assessments is ten hours (10 hours or 600 minutes)
